What do I get with membership?

Membership to the CWCC allows you to receive updates on upcoming educational symposia, wound care updates and courses, as well as access to Discussion Forums and an online Resource Guide. Any clinician who practices in the wound care industry is eligible to become a member. Commercial entities please see our Vendors and Exhibitors page.

Quarterly Educational Symposia

You will be able to attend FREE educational symposia that deal with a variety of wound care related topics, as well as listen to clinical case presentations discussing difficult or interesting cases. We are happy to be able to provide up to 3.0 CME / CEU credits for physicians, podiatrists, nurses, and allied health providers for a low fee for those clinicians who desire it.

Discussion Forums are broken into a Clinician’s Forum and a Business Forum:

  • The Clinician’s Forum is for discussion of difficult cases, questions about specific diagnostic or treatment dilemmas, and feedback on how the CWCC is meeting your needs. You will be able to post photos and ask your colleagues for assistance on that difficult case.
  • The Business Forum is where you can ask your questions regarding billing, coding, and other non-patient care related issues. You will be able to get answers directly from vendors as well as your colleagues.

The Resource Guide is a listing of participating Institutional and Industry members. Have you wondered where you can refer patients for lymphedema therapy, where they can obtain compression stockings, or who can create a custom diabetic shoe? This is the place to look.

The Event Calendar is a place where you can go to see what educational opportunities will be available in the upcoming months.  Industry members at the Silver level have the ability to post non-CWCC lectures on the calendar and members will be able to RSVP directly to each event. Industry members at the Gold level will be able to announce their upcoming events to CWCC members who have opted to receive these announcements.
